About
Francisco is a pre-doctoral researcher at the Immigration Policy Lab, where he works on projects on antisemitism in 19th Century Switzerland, online toxic communications, and refugee employability. He previously completed his Master’s in Comparative and International Studies at ETH Zurich and University of Zurich, and his Bachelor’s in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at King’s College London. His Master’s thesis explored whether being promoted into Cabinet led politicians to receive more online incivility, and whether the penalty was larger for men or women politicians. His research interests lie in political behavior, with a focus on exclusionary attitudes, prejudice reduction, voting and online commenting behavior.
