About
Samantha manages the day-to-day operations of the lab and performs a range of coordination, financial management, and research and lab administrative functions. She works closely with the executive director, program managers, faculty, and postdocs to support the work of the lab, including assisting in the management of research protocols, in coordination with departments and administrative units across the university.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She comes to IPL with a passion for mental health, and immigrant and refugee protection. In her previous work as a student researcher, she examined existing university policies and programs designed to support the academic success and emotional well-being of first-generation and low-income students.
